Jessica, the youngest of three children, was born in SanAntonio Texas in 1983.  After moving to Nebraska then Colorado, the family settled in Arizona. Jessica was a precocious youngster and showed an uncanny talent for drawing at an early age.  Her other interests were cross-country running, hiking, and horse-backriding.  In 2005 Jessica received a scholarship at the Scottsdale Artists' School and took a workshop with R.A. Heichberger.  This was a turning point in her art career, as she began to pursue the art of landscape painting.  She still studies privately under Heichberger and her passion for landscape painting continues to grow.  She was featured in Southwest Art Magazine in Sept. 2007 as a new collectable artist under age of 31.
